Last Winter, We Parted (2018) – English Review

Did he kill her? Did he?

A man wants to write a book about a skilled photographer who was accused of killing a blind woman during a fire. But he was acquitted. Now he tries to get closer to the photographer, and he tries to find out if he killed the blind woman.

I was pleasantly surprised by Last Winter, We Parted. At first, I was slightly annoyed at the actor playing the protagonist. I can’t say he impressed me. The actor who plays the photographer is also not good. He overacts too much. But fortunately, the movie is saved as it has a bigger twist. And we all love that, don’t we?

The movie is a little half-dead in the first hour. But then things get more interesting as it takes a big turn and completely changes into a different movie. It’s not that hard to guess who the protagonist is. Almost everyone knows it. So the movie surprises no one when his identity is revealed. But an unexpected thing happens towards the end that I liked. It tasted so good!

Last Winter, We Parted has an interesting story, but it has a problem with some of the actors. The movie has two good actors and two actors who overacts. You can’t ignore that. I don’t want to say so much more about Last Winter We Parted, because then I reveal too much.
